I love ZUMBA and what it has done to excite class participants ranging from ages 8 - 80+. I love nothing more than to see the 70 year old grandma dancing next to the 25 year old fitness enthusiast. They are shimmying, shaking, and laughing out loud....it is wonderful! I like to call it the dance class with NO rules, no judgments on abilities and absolutely no right or wrong. It is one of the best ways to "let it loose" in a safe and healthy enviornment. The only thing missing? YOU!
